OUR CLASSES

VINYASA

Accessible and empowering; yet playful and dynamic. Build strength, mobility and flexibility while connecting movement to breath. The style, pace and intensity varies from AURA Vinyasa to AURA Power. Come with an open mind and ready to be challenged.

RESTORATIVE

Comforting for some and confronting for others. This deep stretching gets into you myofascial tissue. We practice surrendering into deep relaxation and restoration. We return to a state of rest with the use of the floor and props such as bolsters, blocks, cork balls and sound. Offering classes that include yin and sound bath experiences.

HATHA RAJA

Breath. Move. Be. The two part class opens with a seated silent meditation and is followed by various breath work techniques to clear the mind. The second part includes fluid, continuous movement delivering a well balanced class.

ASHTANGA

Strength and flexibility are worked in the body, and both concentration and resistance in the mind. A traditional yoga style in which asana - postures - are practiced in a specific order and divided into series.The movements necessary to enter and exit the postures are synchronized with the breath, and poses are always held for the duration of five complete breaths.

NURTURE

Invigorating and replenishing with a focus on deep renewal, strengthening and connection. Classes designed to prepare, support and inspire the whole family during various life stages. Classes include pre-natal, post natal, baby & me and kids yoga. 

INSIDE FLOW

Music drives the Inside Flow classes and frames the whole sequence. We move fluidly from one posture to another carried by the music. Movement and breath become one. It’s not about the final posture, but the actual movement of the postures. Each class has a different sequence and energy, it can be slow, fast, upbeat, or relaxing. Classes include Inside Flow and Flow to Align.
